Quality Analyst

The Clinical Quality Analyst works as the principle liaison between our external and internal clients in the implementation and support of National Hospital Quality Measures (NHQM) as defined by the Joint Commission (TJC).  This role requires expert knowledge of the current TJC quality measurement specifications as well as previous and future TJC specification releases.  The ideal candidate has nursing or other health care degree and experience with knowledge of clinical data, medical record abstraction, and also has strong computer skills with experience in a software development environment.
 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.  The Clinical Quality Analyst participates in regularly scheduled meetings with clients and vendors and is called upon to present information at these meetings.  The Clinical Quality Analyst will attend the annual TJC Vendor Briefing to gather information on upcoming quality measurement additions and revisions.  This position also includes the role of trainer and preparation of training materials for our clients to support new software releases.
