Quality Assurance Assessor

Our client, a leading Insurance company based in North London, are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Assessor to join their growing team. Working within a team of 7 Assessors, you will be responsible for monitoring the outbound calls of a team of Sales Advisors, assessing the quality afforded to all clients.

Our client have a contact centre of 60 FTE in a fantastic location, and are ever-expanding. Due to phenomenal success in recent times, they are now looking to add one more head to their Quality Assurance (QA) team. Working alongside 7 others, you will be responsible for:

- Pro-actively monitoring calls
- Assessing the quality of each call against criteria
- Giving constructive feedback to aid Agent development
- Working with other areas of the business to aid training, coaching and complaints handling
- Occasionally making outbound sales calls to be aware of the business model

Previous quality experience is not essential to be considered for this role - rather, the following qualities are of paramount importance:

- Contact centre experience
- Articulate nature (written and verbal)
- Natural coaching ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ambition to improve yourself and others

Our client are looking to fill this position ASAP so any interested candidates are urged to apply immediately - a competitive basic of £16,500 to $17,500 is on offer, with the following included in the package:

- Extra £2,000 on top of basic for good performance
