Quality Assurance Engineer
We are seeking a talented and motivated QA developer to work alongside our core development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing and operating the core functions of our Quality Assurance department, which is currently in its infancy. This is a chance for a developer with experience in this domain to take ownership of a young but important department within our company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish new functions on our existing platform to deliver an effective and efficient QA and Testing process
- Develop, execute and refine automated testing strategies
- Promote and communicate the embedding of this function throughout the organization and oversee the development and implementation of high quality policies and standards
- Promote the cultural, behavioral and organizational changes necessary to drive quality software
- Complete and document QA Testing work, and make recommendations for improving processes across the global testing role
What you offer
- University Degree in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant technical expertise combined with relevant experience and understanding of the investment banking industry related to Testing, Quality Assurance and Investigations
- Experience in performing testing in a large and complex High Frequency Trading organization
- Professionalism, experience and maturity, with excellent business judgment and presence
- Proactive, energetic and resilient individual with a can-do approach
- Self-starting and results-focused individual
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
