Quality Assurance Engineer recruitment

Test automation is a major focus of the role. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, innovative, and self motivated. The Test Engineer will work closely with our software development team to understand requirements and functionality, and devise test plans and test cases to verify functionality, performance and stability.

Your responsibility does not stop at testing; it also encompasses knowledge of the business and expertise with the entire software development lifecycle. We use agile methodologies to continuously improve our software, making the process as efficient as possible.

Key Accountabilities

• Test automation

• Building and automated test environment

• Maintaining and enhancing test cases/scripts

• Bug reporting and tracking, bug analysis and reproduction

• Supervision of the QA process

• Integration of test phases into CI environment

Required skills and background

• Masters Degree or higher in a technical direction

• Successful track record with at least 2 years of software testing experience

• Java programming skills and scripting skills required

• Experience with various operating systems (especially Linux) and databases are a must

• Experience with test automation and building an automated test environment

• Experience with virtual environments, clouds, databases is a plus

• Experience with deployment automation is a large plus

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 family standards is a plus
