Quality Assurance Manager, Firmwide Technology Services (Data Management Analytics)
The Firmwide Technology Services Data Management Analytics (DMA) organization is responsible for building the strategic, analytic data warehouse for Chase Financial Services and managing the legacy Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and InformationOne data warehouses. DMA also provides direction for large data warehouses across the firm. The Quality Assurance Manager will manage a team of testers and analysts in the Data Warehouse (DW)/Business Intelligence (BI) doman for the Integrated Consumer Data Warehouse (ICDW) program. Roles and responsibilities include: Managing a suit of testing tools that includes Quality Center, QuickTest Pro, etc. Leading end-to-end testing life cycle and assisting Project Managers and offshore leadership in planning and executing Book Of Work (BOW) Playing a key role in establishing testing Center of Excellence (COE) for the organization Working with Human Resources and senior management in hiring and training team members Developing strong, mature processes in promoting excellent working relationship between onshore and offshore teams Managing resource capacity and demand in sync with BOW Providing coaching and mentoring to team members Researching and evaluating alternative solutions to QA methodology and making recommendations Establishing auditing procedures to ensure data integrity Defining and delivering complete test planning and test execution Developing efficiencies and ways to improve testing processes
