Quality Assurance Manager (f/m)

Responsibilities:
- Plan, perform and follow up audits of CROs, external laboratories and clinical sites as well as in-house GCP systems
- Write and review SOPs
- Ensure continuous improvement of internal quality management system
- Provide expert advice relating to their clients internal procedures within specific departments (IT, Drug Safety, Clinical Development)
- Represent the Quality Assurance department in relevant project teams within the company
- Offer support, advice and training to other departments involved in clinical trials and drug safety activities
Requirements:
- University degree with 2-3 years of professional experience in quality assurance and auditing in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry or CRO
- Expert knowledge of relevant national and international regulations and guidelines concerning drug development
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to present convincing arguments and negotiate effective solutions
- Team spirit and well developed interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy relating to MS Office
- Structured and results oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel (20%–40%)
