Your area of responsibility
- Management of projects and subprojects during the implementation and local rollouts of computerized systems, especially SAP for Global Business Services (GBS) with regard to the global quality management system for CSV
- Execution of Quality Assurance tasks during the implementation and operative use of the computerized systems, e.g. SAP for GBS
- Country support for local CSV activities
- Preparation, coordination and presentation of the area of responsibility in authority inspections and audits
- Execution of self inspections and trainings regarding CSV
- Working in an intercultural environment with all sites of Boehringer Ingelheim worldwide
Your ideal qualification
You hold a Diploma or a Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Natural Science or in a similar field and possess sound knowledge of external GMP/CSV regulations, e.g. EU-GMP Guideline / Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, and internal GMP/CSV regulations.
In addition you have at least 5 years of profound experience in a GxP regulated environment, preferably focused on quality assurance or information technology, and well-founded know-how in handling SAP.
Personally you are characterized by your excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills as well as by your ability to interact with executives at all levels in the organization and to prioritize and to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
The international nature of your tasks requires respect and understanding of cultural diversities across the area of responsibility, fluency in English – both written and spoken – as well as preparedness to travel.
You will be based at the global headquarters in Ingelheim near Frankfurt, Germany.
