Quality Assurance PPI Project
The successful candidate will carry out quality assurance of past business file reviews, call monitoring and outcomes testing and will be expected to work to targets and tight timescales.
Key skills/qualifications required:
- Full FPC or Equivalent
- Previous QA and PBR experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT Skills
- Good interpersonal skills
