Quality Assurance Specialist recruitment

Our client, a leader within Medical Indemnity Insurance is looking to grow their expanding team and in turn require an experienced Quality Specialist for the Client Service Area.

This role will be responsible maintaining and updating existing procedures and ensuring all important information is at hand for the Client Services team and training staff.

You will also be responsible for developing, monitoring and implementing quality and compliance requirements for the client service and administration functions of the business.

In return you will work within a growing and dynamic environment in a niche industry.

Your main duties will include -
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures and make sure they are correctly documented.
- Analysing client feedback and quality results and also go through compliance breaches that may occur.
- Conduct monitoring of all calls and tasks undertaken by the client service team.

To be successful you will possess -

- Experience within a Quality assurance or compliance role.
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to document policies and procedures.
- The ability to exercise initiative and have a proactive approach.
