Quality Assurance Team Leader
Experienced Quality Assurance Team Leader is required for an International leading bank. This is a permanent role based in Bristol City centre. Start date 9th December 2013.
The main focus of this role is primarily Quality Assurance of regulated activities, particularly those that are related to the advice provided to customers through my clients Customer contact operations. Pro actively lead the team, providing expertise and guidance on a wide range of issues whilst focussing on the development of mortgage advice quality associated with the Post Office distribution channels.
Supervisory experience within a Regulatory/Training and Competence environment is essential. You will have the aptitude to undertake CeMAP/required financial qualifications as required within defined time frames. Excellent written and oral communication skills
