QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN
Reiter Dairy, LLC, subsidiary of Dean Foods, is currently recruiting to fill a 2nd Shift Quality Assurance Technician position at the Springfield, OH location. A HS diploma or GED is req'd. This position is responsible to perform tasks related to the testing of product, setting of samples, follow-through on several QA programs. Preferred candidate will have prior experience with analytical microbiological testing in food/beverage manufacturing. Testing requirements include microbiological, chemical testing of finished products, raw materials, associated items as required. Incumbent will be involved in product weight control, antibiotic testing, safety, record keeping, lab equipment maintenance calibration, lab sanitation. Candidate must obtain maintain state certification for antibiotic testing within company guidelines. Employee must have the ability to maintain proper housekeeping perform all other duties as assigned by management. This position has a starting rate of $18.12/hr. with progressive probationary increases, with a rate of $20.12 after 1 yr.
