QUALITY AUDITOR Job in Mississauga, Ontario Canada
Our client, a global leader in Technology and Business Process Outsourcing, is seeking a QUALITY AUDITOR to join their Canadian operations on a full-time basis. This position can be based in Mississauga or Brantford. This role will implement corporate wide process and compliance audits to reduce internal cost, decrease cycle time, improve organization and reduce process variation.
Key responsibilities include:
· All aspects of the internal quality systems audit program including audit planning, execution, follow-up and re-audit; preparation of audit report
· Management of internal communication regarding compliance issues and applicable regulation changes
· Resolution of compliance issues, recommendation, communication on status of action resolution and communication with management on issues that require attention tracking or corrective actions
· Creation of gap analysis to any new/changed regulations
· Utilization of lean tools to improve departmental and process organization
· Measure and document improvements with variable and attribute data
· Interface with and lead multiple cross functional teams
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related discipline along with 5 to 7 years’ experience or equivalent
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
- Strong knowledge of statistics and sampling plans
- Detail orientation, excellent time management skills, superior organizational skills, demonstrated focus on compliance and responsibility
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proven track record in audit agenda/planning, reporting, training/leading teams and process and compliance evaluation
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
