QUALITY CONTROL CHEMIST NEEDED
Kelly Scientific Resources is working with a chemical company located near Charlotte, NC to find a Quality Control Chemist to act as a Group Leader. A successful candidate will demonstrate achievements in QC testing and analysis. Excellent documentation, organizational and communication skills are essential to this role. The candidate will hold a BS degree in chemistry or related discipline and have two years of relevant experience. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Chemistry or related field Two years of related experience Knowledge and experience in wet chemistry, modern analytical techniques, and computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication Duties: Serves as assistant to QC Lab Manager Coordinates the work of QC laboratory technicians and responsible for training new hires On-site expert for trouble shooting analytical equipment including but not limited to ICP, HPLC, TOC, and Particle Size Analyzer Assists Lab Manager with administrative functions of the lab including updating procedures and methods and assisting in the development of new analytical methods. Performs testing and analysis of raw materials and calibrations of lab equipment Maintain required reporting and documentation Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply now for immediate consideration!
