Job Description:
Quality Control Technician involved in activities designed to measure and improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the processes preformed to manufacture blast resistant modular buildings. The employee works within general methods and procedures and exercises considerable independent
judgment to adapt and apply the guidelines to specific situations. The work requires knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of quality control work, as well as personnel policies, and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience in the Manufacturing Industry and related facilities, including knowledge of civil, mechanical and electrical services.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry preferred.
- Skilled in coordinating efforts with various construction functions.
- Demonstrated skill in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.
- Experience with various State Modular Programs
- Experience with Third Party Plan Review and Inspections

Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Be able to interact at all levels.

Knowledgeable of construction practices and the economics involved.
