Job Description:
Adecco is recruiting for aQuality Control Lab Technician for a New York City based industry leading flavor and fragrance provider. Under general supervision, evaluates flavoring products and incoming ingredients by performing sensory evaluations and/ or basic chemical, physical, and analytical tests. Identifies and documents non-conforming product and applies simple corrections. Performs basic equipment calibrations and supports miscellaneous laboratory functions as directed.
Supports miscellaneous lab functions as directed, including but not limited to; Pre-ship sample process, filing (retain samples, CoAs, GC folders), preparing solutions, maintaining lab supplies, disposal of liquid Hazardous waste, and performing basic equipment calibrations per frequency noted in calibration procedures
Job Experience:
Must have previous quality control lab technicican experience preferably in an industry leading flavors, fragrances company.
Minimum Education Required: High School
Years of Experience Required: At Least 3 Years
