Quality Control Technician Job Description: A client of ours in Fort Edward, NY is actively seeking Quality Control Technicians to work on a large contract project. This individual will be assigned QA/QC tasks, and is responsible for compliance and applicable audits, contract drawings, analyzing documents and PCB levels. Experience working on remediation sites, testing levels, site investigations, or other QA experience in the environmental realm is required. Qualified candidates WILL have 2-5 years as a QA/QC Specialist on large remediation and/or construction projects. Candidates must live locally to Fort Edward, or be willing to pay for an apartment (on their own) in the local area. Candidates must submit to and pass an environmental physical, drug screen, and have updated OSHA 40 and OSHA 10 certifications in order to pass the required training.
