Adecco Engineering and Technical, a division of the world leader in the recruitment of engineering and information technology professionals, has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer opportunity with a leading company in Corunna, MI.
The selected candidate will be directing the development of quality systems that comply with ISO 9001 requirements. Directing activities leading up to our registration audit by UL for QS 9000 (TE). Responsible for facilitating all Kaizen and 5S activities. Act as the leader in establishing current FMEA, RM, and LCC procedures. Daily activities include the management of receiving inspection, inspection of equipment during assembly and internal/external customer runoffs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have experience developing quality systems.
*Must have experience in TS16949.
*Experience with Kaizen and 5s a plus.
*Experience with FMEA, RM and LCC procedures highly desired.
*A degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field a plus.
*Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US.
