Quality Engineer Job in Rotherham S605AE, Yorkshire UK
MTL Group operate an ISO 9000 approved Quality Management System and through future development plans together with continued growth of the organisation a position has arisen for the post of Quality Engineer.
The main reponsibilities of this role are:
- Production floor problem solving and manufacturing support
- Involvement within production floor based quality and process improvement teams
Participation and Leadership in 8D problem solving teams (CCIR) - QMS / Process auditing of both internal and external processes
- Development of standard operating and works instructions
- Involvement with and leadership of New Products Introductions in line with the organisations new product introduction process
- Liaise with customers on specific problems.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to close off issues effectively and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- HND / or equivalent in a related Engineering or Quality related discipline
- Sound knowledge in a previous role
- PC Literate
- Microsoft Word and Excel, Visio and access database software platforms
