QUALITY ENGINEER (Production Plant Approval Process)

Reporting to the Quality Manager will be responsible for developing PPAP packages (Production Plant Approval Process) and advanced product quality planning
RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Developing PPAP Packages, including flow charts, control plans, PSWs, PSO documentation, etc. Also reviewing / files supplier PPAP’s
- Maintains the document control system including external drawings and the Bills of Material
- Internal auditing
- Driving and documenting all trial feedback data
REQUIREMENTS
- Engineering / Quality / Manufacturing Degree or experience in component manufacturing, ideally plastic injection moulding. Ideally experience in 1st or 2nd tier automotive manufacturing
- Thorough knowledge of APQP and PPAP
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts including process control, analysis, CLIENT internal certification principals, and ISO9000 etc
