Qualified candidate will be responsible for the ongoing evaluation of all components of the Performance Improvement Program, reviews medical records and provides ongoing performance improvement support and resource information to hospital staff to ensure compliance. This is a direct hire position. Certification/License: CA RN license is a MUST Experience: Two year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent Two year experience in Quality Management or Performance Improvement. Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Well organized Ability to work under stressful situations Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and independently.
