Quality Inspector Job in Manitowoc 54220, Wisconsin Us
Job Responsibilities:
1) Perform inspection of manufactured goods to maintain conformance to customer specifications
a. Inspections extend to in-process activities, final inspections and vendor shipments
b. Inspection process requires performing and documenting results, troubleshooting and assistance in resolving non-conformance issues
c. Knowledge, skills, experience with PPAP standards for part approved process
2) Support the company and department goal to ship 100% defect-free products to customers and maintain cost of quality targets
3) Assist in maintenance of Company's ISO certification maintenance and documentation
4) Maintain records of non-conformance
5) F.M.E.A. knowledge and experience is a plus
6) Assist with Company's Safety initiatives
Competencies:
1) Developed ability to read blueprints
2) Developed ability to use calipers, other measuring gauges and determine metal types
