Electrical background strongly preferred. This position will be responsible for Customer representative with responsibility and authority to ensure that the Tier 1 Customer requirements are addressed. This includes corrective and preventive actions, assistance in product design and development when required. PRIMARY DUTIES: Customer representative with regards to the definition of corrective and preventive actions, assistance in product design and development. Entitled to issue directives to all areas in case of quality or supply related disturbances of the process, with the main goal of assurance of on time provision of products to the customer at the required quality levels. Continuous Improvement in coordination with the responsible technical departments Implementation and optimization of appropriate problem solving methods Initial sampling to external customers Coordinates trials and special projects at customer location and DRX production facility. Manages and prioritizes activities based on organization needs. Clarifies technical questions, concerns, and/or problems with the customer Checks product liability and verifies whether required specifications are achievable Plans, coordinates, and monitors rework activities for wiring harnesses Performs all other duties as directed by the Quality Process Manager NAE-B5 / Operations Manager NAE45 Education: - A minimum of Bachelor Science degree or equivalent work experience Experience: - Two years of quality or engineering, some ISO9000 and document control experience - Knowledge of automotive products, ability to read drawings and blueprints, good organizational skills Knowledge and Skills: - Computer literacy in MS Outlook, Word, Project and Excel Salary range: $68,000-$75,000 per year.
