Manage the development of Control plans, work instructions and quality SLP's. 3. Manage pass through characteristics activities for new programs. Identify related components and implement actions to minimize quality risks. 4. Manage and review field failures, top manufacturing related quality issues. Use quality and statistical tools to perform root cause analysis resolving the issues 5. Attend divisional quality and best in class meetings. Formulate actions to eliminate quality issues. 6. Manage manufacturing related APQP elements 7. Champion relevant manufacturing 8D's 8. Audit supplier and manufacturing sites as necessary 9. Support manufacturing PPAP related activities as needed Working hours: various Basic Requirements: --Bachelor's Degree --At least 6 years of Manufacturing Automotive Quality experience in auto/truck industry --At least 2 years of team lead, project lead or supervisory experience Desired Skills: --Certified TS Internal Auditor --Knowledge of GDT --Knowledge of Metrology --Microsoft Office, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Minitab --Knowledge of AIAG standards --8D methodology and execution --Certified Quality Engineer through ASQ strongly preferred --Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline preferred If you are interested in immediate consideration email resume to lisa.stackhouse@randstadusa.com Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
