As a specialist manufacturer of flow control products, my client can count a number of leading companies in the oil, gas, power and industrial sectors worldwide. As a result of continued growth, the company now has a requirement for an experienced Quality Manager. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a Quality professional to join a leading company and move their career forward.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

·         Manage, audit and develop site QMS system so it complies with ISO standards.

·         Provide robust systems for segregation of non-conforming product within the factory

·         Provide a customer friendly returns system to ensure customer satisfaction.

·         Work with purchasing to provide QA input to service level agreements for each supplier

·         Move from current “Quality Inspected” of suppliers materials to “Quality Assured”

·         Ensure the QA team is fully trained to deal with any queries

 

The Candidate

 

The following experience/qualifications are essential to this role:

·         Must hold an engineering qualification

·         Experience of managing an organisation through ISO series standards attainment

·         Knowledge of “best practice” approaches to QA

·         Able to communicate at all levels and highly motivated

·         Highly organised, analytical and objective thinker
