Location: Mclean, VA -Develop and maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure Government/Contractor standards, procedures, practices and continuous improvement actions are implemented to successfully perform contract requirements and achieve high quality customer satisfaction across all DIESEL service areas -The Quality Control Program should be based on industry standards and best practices tailored appropriately to the specific requirements of the DIESEL contract. -Develop, publish, implement and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) -Develop and maintain key process documentation, to include but not limited to: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), schematics, flow diagrams and other process-related data items -Develop and maintain a Quality Control Inspection File -Develop and implement a process for ensuring all contract data deliverables (DLs) are accurately prepared and submitted on schedule EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field desired EXPERIENCE: -Security Clearance; Agency experience preferred Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information handled -Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Lotus Notes, etc.) -Motivated self-starter and team player with strong administrative, communication and customer service skills SECURITY: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active TS/SCI w/FS Poly security clearance AECOM employees around the world enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive compensation package.
