looking for a Quality Manager to lead
and champion a continuous improvement
culture of reliability and customer satisfaction.
This position will establish and maintain
quality and compliance systems that are
consistent with corporate guidelines, objectives
and customer requirements.
This position has the principal accountability
for the quality of all the processes and
all products produced and the qualification
of all raw materials, vendors and maintenance
of any plant certifications (such as ISO).
The ideal candidate will be a change agent
with the ability to lead effectively in a team
environment and have a thorough
understanding of manufacturing quality system
requirements. College degree preferably
in engineering or business
(or 10 yearsequivalent work experience)
with a minimum 5 years metal manufacturing
quality systems experience required.
Understanding of UN, DOT, EPA and FDA
requirements on a federal and local level
is an asset. ISO9000 experience desired.
