Description:
The overall objective for the Quality Manager is to lead the Quality and Inspection Team in developing and maintaining a system to ensure all products supplied by the organization meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and reliability levels. The Quality Manager will ensure GCA's compliance with the AS9100 and ISO certifications. In addition, to provide a safe, clean, and healthy work environment for all Quality personnel. Responsible for all Quality personnel staffing requirements, planning and coordination of work flow throughout the Quality department.

Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of a Quality Manager at GCA are 5-10 years experience as a quality manager and management representative for AS 9100C and in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Preferred qualifications include a thorough knowledge of machining and inspecting components for the aerospace industry. FARO arm experience is beneficial. He/she to have a minimum of 2 years of internal, second or third party auditing experience.
