Quality Project Support Office – Apprentice recruitment
The key responsibilities are:
- Monitoring the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) to ensure that the key steps are followed by the project teams
- Producing regular Management reports including relevant KPIs
- Support and communication to project teams in the use of internal tools/processes.
The apprentice will focus on the administration and communication task, while the other members of the teams have a more operational role by being in contact with the Project teams the stakeholders of the SDLC. The QPSO team monitors over 150 projects and therefore having an intern/apprentice to centralise the project related information is key to guarantee the adherence to the SDLC process. He or She will also participate to the communication improvement in particular on the project manager best practices.
- Job Description:
To provide support to the QPSO team within the Business Systems IT Services (BSITS) department.
His/her key tasks are:
- Administrate the SDLC SharePoint collaborative site
- Participate in writing on the project managers best practices and success stories to improve positive communication.
- Consolidate the reports based on the Project Status Reports (monthly)
- Assist in producing support documentations, any presentations and additional reports.
- Participate to Communication improvement through SDLC SharePoint site (organization, contacts, success stories…)
General Objectives:
- Continuously strive to improve the performance of the organisation by actively participating in the organisation’s process improvement initiatives.
- Strive to improve the productivity of the BSITS Division.
- Make all reasonable efforts to raise the maturity level of solutions delivery within the BSITS Division by the introduction of repeatable, standardised processes.
- Improve communication.
Key Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills in both French and English
