No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Conduct Advance Developmental Composite (ADC) Quality analysis of regulatory, program and customer requirements for emergent and developmental projects. Provide tailoring of composite development related processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed. Report/ coordinate project Quality status, risks, issues and opportunities to project teams, customers and management. Conduct activities and report quality status related to composite fabrication and assembly. Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems and development including implementation of preventive or corrective actions. Support research, compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability. Assist in the development of new standard repairs for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment. Interact with FAA representatives. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have at least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to create, review, comment and incorporate changes into documents and presentations? Do you have a minimum of 2 years of experience independently Accessing Drawings and/or Process specifications? Do you meet the criteria described in the Typical Education / Experience section of this requisition? Typical Education/Experience Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information Requires familiarity with basic equipment, process and product qualification planning; composite processes from qualification through final assembly and delivery; and knowledge of FAA conformity planning/ requirements. Prefer project management skills and knowledge of business system process management.
