Minimum/General Experience Required:
At a minimum, must have 8 years of experience in monitoring high volume service-industry operations and quality. Must have demonstrated experience in preparing and monitoring internal procedures for adherence to client regulations and policies, and coordinating operational and administrative actions. Must have demonstrated experience in using international quality standards to standardize and improve operations. Must have experience conducting field audits (particularly, Information Security Officer (ISO) audits). At a minimum, must have 2 years of experience in developing training requirements, preparing written training materials, and coordinating/scheduling formal classroom and informal, on-the-job training. Must be ISO certified.

Education Requirement:
Bachelors Degree desirable

Functional Responsibility:
This position requires oversight and analytical ability to effectively assess operational compliance with quality standards and processes. The Quality Operations Manager must be able to travel to conduct quality reviews and operational process training. Must be able to identify problems and recommend timely solutions. Must have interpersonal skills and writing ability. Must be proactive in identifying and recommending new approaches to improve quality, cost, and process inefficiencies.
