Quant Programmer Interest Rates
This postition requires the individual to work semi independently in a small team and be expected to liaise with maagement and development staff in order to facilitate the ongoing growth of their system capabilities through both the design and development of solutions and the creation of complex programming concepts.
Requirements:
- excellent comprehension of complex interest rate prodcuts
- experienced in financial mathematics
- ability to specify or code from scratch relevant tools available in the open-source libraries
- C++ Programming ability
The right candidate will have ability to work to strict deadlines in a project driven environment, ability to explain complex concepts succinctly to line managers and will have well developed team work and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to operate independtly and communicate and work effectively.
Key technical skills:
- Front office experience
- c++ programming
- sql ability
- c# and/or .NET and/or VBA
