Trading
The Role
Working closely with a successful options trading desk and as part of the wider Quant team, you will be responsible for:
- developing and testing automated trading strategies
- developing bespoke data analysis tools
- assisting with the optimisation of trading models
- analyse large volumes of historical data
- work with sortware developers to implement trading strategies
Working within a leading international trading firm, you will have the opportunity to train and learn from some of the most experienced minds in quantitative finance.
The Candidate
Candidates should come from a strong quantitative educational background (Maths, Physics, Engineering, etc.) ideally up to PhD level and with experience in a similar role with a strong knowledge of options products. In addition, candidates should:
- have an exceptional statistical understanding
- have excellent attention to detail
- be proficient in one or more programming language
