Our client, a highly respected Consultancy, is a trusted advisor to many of the most influential businesses in the world. They are problem solvers with a passion for excellence. Their clients include health insurances and hospitals both public and private, regulators as well as the pharmaceuticals and medical devices industry. Currently they have exceptional opportunities for talented Healthcare Data Analysts to join their London office in a team with a truly entrepreneurial edge.
The Analyst is responsible will build and manage large healthcare databases (50m+ records) and undertake data analysis, statistics and modelling as part of client facing teams. The Analyst will identify, gather and quality ensure large data required to underpin analysis and work closely with the wider teams on problem solving and identifying new opportunities for improvement and products.
You will need to be a high achiever and demonstrate strong numerical ability demonstrated by an outstanding academic record with a strong degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research (2.1 or above). Post-graduate qualifications, either MSc or PhD level, also in quantitative subjects, are advantageous. You will have proven experience in programming, modelling and communicating complex analytics. Experience of large volume data analysis and technical savvy, with good intrinsic to pick up new programmes – Excel, Access, SAS, MS SQL server, DTS, OLAP, SSIS, FTI etc. You will need drive and ambition, and to be aware that joining a management consultancy offer excellent career development potential however, at times the work can be demanding!
