Quantitative Derivatives PM / Head to Lead Desk Build recruitment
My client has been internationally building out their quantitative trading business globally with the group having a presence in Europe, North America and Asia. They are now looking to fortify their position within the field in Asia with the expansion of their Shanghai desk. They have been gradually been building their presence in China and have hired several international hires to bring together some serious players in the field of systematic trading.
They are now looking to bring someone on board who is extremely well versed in the systematic trading space, and has experience at not only running profitable strategies, but has a thorough understanding of the business as a whole.
Due to the nature of the role it is essential that the individual has had exposure to the international markets and has either built or managed a team in the space. A strong quantitative background is essential as well as a thorough understanding of the technology, co-location, trade data, exchange connection etc.
Compensation for this role is extremely competitive, however the future earning potential is also extremely attractive as anyone joining the operation now, will be rewarded by the successful futures profitability of the group.
