Quantitative Market Research (AVP to VP level) recruitment

You are responsible for managing, maintaining and upgrading of brand and touch point trackers and online warehouse of customer feedback.    You will proactively identify key customer experience issues and conduct deep dive analysis leveraging on internal data and deploying best in class methodologies to drive high impact business decisions. You will also run workshops on service quality using research data. 

Key Requirements:

- Good degree with at least 10 years’ relevant working experience

- Strong market research expertise in areas of customer satisfaction measurement, performance KPIs, mystery shopping and other service quality related research techniques. A strong stats background preferred
