QUICK TURN MANUFACTURE PROCESS ENGINEER #1427693
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manufacture Process Engineering
- DFM review and report
- Follow up and exercise Manufacture Procedures Build Instructions
- Follow up issue with Contract manufacturer's IQC and internal parties.
- Monitor Assembly process (SMT, PTH, and Box build)
- Follow up component process issues, summary and feedback any abnormality.
- Follow up CAR for process issues/PCB issues, process CIP (Continue Improvement)
- Follow up rework/packing/labeling per specification
- Review equipment requirement from internal customer monitoring availability, Preventive Maintenance
- Coordinate and track the Failure Analysis process from start to finished with different division
- Follow up Corrective Action with Contract manufacturer from start to closure
- Monitoring operation and create and publish respective Reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree - major in electrical, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, or electronic engineering.
- Fluent in Putonghua and English, written and oral
- Preferable certificated CET6.
- Ability to work at Fast Phase manufacturing environment.
- Willing interest to learn explore PCBA manufacturing, Testing, and Quality (SMT, PTH, Reflow, Wave, Testing, and Quality System).
