RAD Developer (Excel, VBA, SQL) – Credit Risk – Investment Bank – Singapore recruitment
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the leading Financial Services Organisation, Globally. You will be part of a team that provides outstanding technical support, to an area of the business that is currently enhancing existing platforms and requires a highly technical skilled individual to support both current and new systems within the credit risk space.
You will work in the risk change department responsible for the specification and business delivery of existing and future risk systems. This position will be within the team responsible for the enhancement of existing systems and support of the global Risk business. Working closely with BAs and risk management, you will assist in creating tactical solutions and prototype applications that will be delivered through the future strategic risk system programmes.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated Excel, VBA, Access, and SQL - experience with GUI, Form design, ADO record sets, arrays and loops.
- Demonstrated understanding of Credit Risk (Trading Book) is essential
- Demonstrated experience on financial systems development and minimum information (MI) reporting.
Supplementary Skills
- SQL development experience: Stored Procedures, Indexing and an appreciation of performance and tuning, preferably on multiple platforms (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle).
- Relational Database Experience
- Credit Risk or Trading Environment Experience
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience building .NET applications with VB.NET / C# / ASP.NET
