RAD Developer / Technical Lead – C# 3.5/4.0 – SQL Server 2008 recruitment
Leading investment bank requires an experienced RAD Developer to provide technical leadership to a business aligned development team.
You will have strong technical development skills with the latest techninologies and the ability to lead a small development team to meet the demands of a rapidly changing business.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record as a RAD Developer within investment banking or Financial Services
- MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008
- SSIS and SSRS
- .NET 3.5/4.0
- C#
- WPF
- Experience of team leadership: circa 3 developers
- Experience across programming, testing, iImplementation, system development life cycle
- Experience in directly interfacing with users and obtaining application requirements
- Strong communicator and works well in a pressured environment
- Experience in a product control environment
- Working knowledge of RAD/Agile development methodologies
