Title: Rail Consultant, Salary: Up to £21K, Location: London. Award winning business travel agency is looking for a Rail Consultant to join its team to book rail itineraries throughout UK and Europe.
The responsibilities of the Rail Consultant is as follows:
• Working for a good TMC you will assist with booking rail journeys for its clients across UK and Europe
• Using Evolvi you will search, quote, book and issue rail tickets
• Be involved in dealing with cancellations and amendments
• Handle any problems
The skills required for the Rail Consultant are as follows:
• Previous rail booking experience using Evolvi Rail System
• Previous experience working within a corporate environment
• Evolvi essential
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Methodical and accurate
