Calibre Global is a leading engineering and project delivery group. We are designing and delivering
some of the largest and most challenging mine, rail and ports projects in the southern hemisphere.
We are seeking an experienced leader for our Rail Division to work across our Eastern Australian markets. You will be responsible for business growth and operations performance. This is a unique opportunity for a progressive and motivated leader to work closely with the overall rail expertise of Calibre Global. You will have a significant impact on the direction and growth of Calibre's business. You will deliver industry leading Health, Safety and Environment outcomes, and achieve sales objectives. This role further requires building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring product and service delivery exceed client's expectations. You will have tertiary or advanced technical qualifications in a related discipline closely aligned with rail operations. Ideally you will possess formal management training or qualifications coupled with a strong understanding of the current effective business strategies driving rail operators and owners. You will be able to demonstrate a proven history in leading the delivery of successful rail projects. In this role you will be supported by the wider core businesses of Calibre located in the eastern region. You will be required to promote Calibre's values and behaviours and mentor key personnel to follow these principles.
