RAN Back Office Engineer
RAN Back Office Engineer - Nokia experience, required to work based in Berkshire.
- 3rd line technical support for all aspects of the Nokia RAN comprising RNC, AXC and Node B elements
- Responsible for high level analysis, diagnosis and problem solving on the RAN
- Advising on the processes and procedures that the RAN Support team are responsible for and have involvement with.
- Interfacing with Engineering and Network rollout to ensure that all technical issues that will affect the operational environment are included in testing, discussions etc
- Ensure that all necessary hardware and software functionality is included and performance limitations are understood within Operations.
- Min 3 years Integration and / or support experience of NOKIA RNC AXC and Node B operation and maintenance
