Production Environment Support specialise required for my Investment Banking client based in London to sit within the EMEA Rates Support Team to face off to key business and development leads and proactively work on mitigating risk of issues in the environment whilst reducing the support work effort within the current team.
Candidates will be involved in the following:
- Coordinating support of all IT related activities and initiatives impacting the EMEA Rates production environment
- Build and maintain relationships with key development teams
- Manage production incidents and co-ordinate resolution
Candidates will require the following experience:
- Strong experience within Investment Banking (Required)
- Technical experience in dealing with fast-paced production electronic trading environments, either with a development or support background
preferably with some Shell or Perl scripting experience
