Our Global Finance teams offer a variety of services. We offer specialist advice in providing issuer clients with capital raising solutions across the debt to equity spectrum. We provide our issuer clients (corporate, financial institutions, public sector) with capital raising solutions across the debt to equity spectrum, along with structured financing and FX and interest rate hedging. Developing tailor-made products and providing strategic advice based on our worldwide expertise and in-depth sector knowledge, we meet our clients’ financing needs.
The Global Finance division is a top player across euro debt capital markets and a leader in French equity capital markets with a European reach. We are a worldwide leader in export, project, and natural resources energy finance. We also have global expertise in areas such as infrastructure asset based finance, media telecom finance, strategic acquisition finance, and real estate lodging finance.
Main Responsibility
- Assist team in providing credit rating advisory and capital structure solution to European corporate clients across all industries (whether they are publicly rated or unrated) and manage clients' relationships with rating agencies
- Extensive collaboration with the Debt Capital Market, Equity Capital Market, Loan Syndication, Acquisition Finance, Leveraged Finance and MA teams, through joint pitches and mandates
- Help to prepare client presentations and/or internal memos after conducting credit analysis through sector research, financial modelling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis
Degree of autonomy/Level of authority
The intern will always be working under senior supervision

Education
Graduate or top university in a finance/mathematically related degree
Past experience
Work experience in a financial institution would be an advantage
Languages
- Fluent English (both written and spoken language)
- Another European language would be an advantage
Technical skills
- Strong financial analysis skills required
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Personal abilities
- Able to prioritise tasks and requests
- Detail-oriented
- High level of motivation for the position
