RD Chemist – Flavours, Fragrances, Essential Oils

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemicals, essential oils and raw materials for the food, fragrance, flavours associated industries Due to continued success they are now seeking to recruit an experienced RD Chemist.
In this role you will be responsible for the development of new production methods of natural ingredients for flavours, fragrance and cosmetic products looking at new research techniques and technologies for potential commercialisation. You should be degree educated in a relevant scientific discipline or have relevant experience and possess previous RD experience including material processing and product development. Solid experience of extraction and separation techniques is required as is previous pilot plant work and ideally a knowledge of essential oils and vegetable oils.
Role: Permanent
Salary: £24-27K + benefits
Location: South East / East Anglia
