A leading medical device company has an urgent need for a Research and Development Engineer with experience in RF ablation devices for their medical device design center located in the greater Minneapolis area. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a stable and growing company with a desire to fill the pipeline with new products. While the title is given as RD Engineer, it could be adjusted to Sr. RD Engineer, Principal Engineer, or higher depending on the talents you bring to the organization.
This is a position involving the implementation of concepts in medical devices and getting them to the customer with much more focus on the development side (D) as opposed to the research side (R) of RD.
RF ablation experience is an absolute requirement. Advanced degrees are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
· MS or PhD in supporting discipline
· 5+ years experience in the medical device industry
· RF Ablation experience
· Broad knowledge of medical products manufacturing methods
