RD Process Integration Technician/MT
As a Process Integration Technician at Micron, you will work with all Fab 4 Process Areas to coordinate lot movement and disposition lots at all process stages. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Completing task requests from PI/Dev engineering, PI technicians, and pilot line personnel. Notifying appropriate personnel of process deviations/issues. Maintaining written pass down of shift activities, problems, and solutions. Working closely with Process Integration and Development engineers to ensure the proper processing and documentation of material. Working closely with other Process Integration Techs to solve problems and resolve coverage issues. Verifying that all operations are being completed as called for by fab manufacturing execution software or test description. Inspecting lots regularly to maintain an understanding of current defect and process problems, including use of the optical microscope, and the SEM. Answering questions from shift and development engineering concerning the process flows. Communicating process changes to pilot line production and engineering staff. Communicating with Production to keep track of tools down, staging of lots, etc. Collecting specially requested inline process data.
