RD Technology Advisor (FMCG)

Our East Yorkshire based client develops and manufactures a range of Personalcare products. They are actively looking for a Technology Advisor to support the development of a range of product devices.
Duties for this position will include:-
- Managing assigned technology projects from early stage concept to define and support key RD development strategies
- Leadership of consumer assigned projects by understanding consumer benefits / demands
- Defining scope of technology programmes, identifying technology sources
- Achieving project goals
- Managing experimental work, ensuring effective feedback to key departments to enable organisational capabilities to be met
- Preparing technology alignment documentation
- Taking ideas from briefs to develop bench models / working prototypes - demonstrating working relationships between product Device and Formulations
Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / MSc in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering together with previous suitable skills and experience gained in an FMCG organisation.
This is a permanent position, offering a salary of circa £35,000 (depending on skills and abilities)
