RDS and Med D Reporting Manager

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all reporting and analytics for the Retiree Drug Subsidy (RDS) reporting currently being serviced for approx 500 CVS Caremark client application. He/She will also be responsible for Medicare Part D reporting required by CMS for all PDP/MAPD plan sponsors. This individual will work with Medicare Program Services on new program/reporting requirements or changes to existing requirements to ensure CVS Caremark RDS and CMS required reporting is in accordance with CMS guidelines. This individual must ensure that the RDS and CMS reporting is running optimally at all levels (ITD, Ops, Trade, etc.) and resolve issues and gaps as they arise. He/she will work with Medicare Program Services to provide proper training and tools to ensure account management is well versed in the RDS and CMS reporting methods and process so that all clients are properly educated and served. He/she must respond to day to day escalated issues and resolve them quickly as Caremark's client's profitibility with the program is at stake. This individual will lead monitor cross-functional departments and lead organizational efficiencies/enhancements as deemed necessary. This individual will lead the development of data methodology and technical automation to support the thousands of required reports that get produced annually. Essential Job Functions: -Work with Medicare Program Services to ensure all regulatory guidelines are met on behalf of our RDS and Med D clients for all required reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and published guidance. -Lead and monitor cross-functional business unit activities on all program changes and enhancements. Lead, track and communicate project milestones and timelines. Resolve issues and process holes as required. Consistently evaluate and audit processes, resources and data to ensure functions of all RDS CMS reporting are 100% accurate. Work with Medicare Program Services to optimize operational data flow between CVS Caremark, CMS and clients. -Primary point-of-contact for Account Management for all inquiries related to CVS Caremark RDS and Med D reporting services. Provide content and conduct presentations to clients and account services. Provide training and materials on overall RDS reporting process. Meet with clients as needed and respond to escalated issues in a timely and resolving manner. Serve as interface between and among Account Services, ITD, Sales, Marketing, Trade Relations and clients. -Oversee the requirements and development of all data methodologies and technical solutions that drive the RDS and CMS required reporting. Oversee and deliver required reporting and customized data requests, as needed, for clients and consultants ensuring consistency and tie back in the case of audits.
