Readily Available Credit Controller – with insurance experience recruitment
A leading Insurance company are currently looking to employ a credit controller to join their Credit risk team. They are looking for a switched on articulate candidate with confidence. This role forms a crucial part in supporting the risk manager in the collection of premiums and through bordereaux management and account trend analysis improving the credit risk of any intermediary to the firm.
Reporting the companies credit risk manager;
- You will carry out day to day operations within your own area of responsibility and will be primarily responsible for supporting the team with data management and reporting as well as providing cover on any account where required.
- Self management - ensuring that own work is carried out to agreed procedures, accurately and within any specified time limit.
- Collection and Accounting of Due Debt.
- Process Improvement - Monitoring the items identified for cleansing to ensure that they are promptly resolved, recommending changes to processes which will mitigate recurrence.
- Debt Monitoring/Analysis - To monitor account specific debt cycles highlighting to the Credit Risk Manager team of potential issues, deviances or fluctuations in cycles.
- Reporting - To report actual debt and debt analysis results across the team and established communication
- Maintain regular communication with internal customers.
- Relationship Management

This is an excellent role offering great benefits to the successful candidate. Candidates will ideally have previous London market insurance experience, strong attention to detail and have great team working skills. What's more you will also have excellent communication skills, a proven track record of your ability to work to tight deadlines and must be competent on MS Excel 2010. Previous credit control experience is not essential but would be beneficial.
