Our client is a unique asset manager based in London’s west end, they are actively looking to expand their investment unit in London and require an experienced Legal and Real Estate focused individual to develop this. The candidate would ideally be 2-4 years PQE and have intentions of becoming a fund manager in the near future.
The daily tasks in this position will involve working with new real estate funds, advising on distribution strategies and methods as well as the on going fund management aspect of the firm. They will help expand the team over the coming year and offer experience in a legal and real estate capacity to the company.
Necessary skills and attributes:
- The candidate must be willing to move into fund management
- Have 2 – 4 years PQE ideally coming from the magic circle
- Be knowledgeable in the area of real estate investments
- Outstanding academics
- Highly motivated
